Executive Chef Robby Goco will demonstrate Garides Saganaki (pasta), Spanakopita (spinach pie), Kotopoulo Avgolemono (chicken congee), Horiatiki Salata (summer salad in red wine vinaigrette), Baklava (layered phyllo with nuts and orange honey syrup) and Meatless Moussaka (layered seasoned green lentils with béchamel sauce).
