The night before we headed for our week long vacation in Bicol, my boys and I had a time of gastronomical, delightful surprise as we tried for the first time Beeffalo’s brand new food offering. Just when we thought Beeffalo can’t possibly be any better, they went right on ahead and outdid themselves by bringing in something new in their menu.

It didn’t take more helpings than our first bite to convince us that this sizzling beef ribs recipe has the makings of being another house favorite. My boys devoured three rice servings each for this meal. That alone should tell how good this sizzling beef ribs are. I personally haven’t tried anything like this. The sour flavor from the tamarind gravy gives the kick to this sizzling beef experience, for sure. But the fall-off-the-bone-ribs was an experience all in itself. The flavor sure has delved deep to its core. I can’t be blamed if I can’t help but wonder how long they had it cooked for it be so tender yet so flavorful. Definitely a must try! 🙂
We’re back from Bicol and we will be off to our favorite steak place very soon for our dose of our Beeffalo staples: Porterhouse, Barbeque Platter and Three Cheese Pizza and our new Beeffalo favorite, Sizzling Beef Ribs with Tamarind Gravy! 🙂
