Goat Cheese and Artichoke Stuffed Beet Ravioli

For dinner on February 13 and 14, try the Valentine Set Menu with an amuse bouche of Goat Cheese and Artichoke Stuffed Beet Ravioli, Mint Pesto and Walnuts followed with a choice of appetizers of Tuna and Melon Tartare, Smoked Salmon and Black Caviar Pie or Duck and Chicken Terrine.

Soup is Roasted Asparagus and Reggiano Chowder with Chili Oil. Honeydew Sorbet cleanses the palate.

Main entrée choices include Fillet of Beef, Fillet of Salmon and Halibut or Ribs of Lamb. To end the meal, have Rose Panna Cotta or Chocolate Bar. A glass of red or white wine per patron rounds up the evening.

The Valentine food choices can be ordered as a set menu or ala carte, lunch and dinner from February 10 to 17. Only the set menu is available for dinner on February 13 and 14. The set menu is at P2,200 plus 10% service charge per person.
