As a way of thanking thei advertisers for their unending support, Cook Magazine once again their annual Holiday Bash. I was thrilled to have been part of this celebration as I have witnessed for the first time a lovely mingling of press people, media and bloggers just enjoying the fun Disco Fever themed Holiday celebration of Cook Magazine.
The Cook Holiday Bash is held primarily to recognize their 2015 Top Advertisers, without whom Cook Magazine would not be the longest running monthly food publication in the country.
Cook Magazine’s Top Advertisers’ Award
Their advertisers are the following:
As Cook Magazine celebrates its 15th year of publication, it continues to look for ways to involve their readers and evolve into a more complete experience. While sharing recipes and food finds through articles and pictures are what they’ve been doing for over a decade, their leaning is towards bringing the reader closer to the action and actually take them along in their journeys of food discovery.
Last year, Cook Magazine launched their Studio Kitchen – a venue where cooking, eating and food photography all seamlessly blend. The kitchen has had a bit of a spruce up recently, with Mother’s Best sponsoring kitchen cabinetry anda new backsplash. The addition added some warmth to the kitchen and providesa space to display products like Mother’s Best condiments.
On the editorial side, Cook Magazine also added a couple of new sections to the magazine: Home & Living section contains crafts, decorating and DIY projects and the Health & Wellness section by Dolly Dy-Zulueta features food and beverage products, restaurants and destinations that promote well-being.
COOK CLUB
Being in the food publication industry, restaurant invitations are a daily occurrence for the Cook team. Whether it is to try out and feature newly opened places, new menu items from old favorite digs or to meet and greet clients and potential advertisers, eating is and has always been a part of their job.
Cook Club was established for Cook Magazine’s loyal readers, so that the team can take them along on food tours and share with them the foodie discoveries. Travelling by land provides the opportunity to bond with members during the journey, while at the same time having the flexibility to stop and make detours as we wish. Aside from the food, Cook Club members will also experience the same hospitality extended to us by partner hotels and resorts throughout the country.
As part of Cook Club, members also get to share their favorite recipes and foodie finds. Not only will these be posted on Cook Magazine’s Facebook page and website, the favorite members’ posts will also be published in Cook Magazine every month. It is a way of giving their readers the complete Cook Magazine experience.
