I don’t know about you, but I’ve come to love Milk Teas ever since the craze got to our local shores. The new tea in town to look forward to is the up and coming A-Gan Tea that will officially open on May 12. I wonder too how it is any different from all other milk teas. But the varieties alone got me really intrigued.
Bubble Milk Tea, Pear Fruit Tea with Agar Bits, Hawaiian Fruit Tea, QQ Milk Tea with Coconut Jelly, Taro Milk Tea w/ Taro Agar Bits.
What’s in the name, you ask. The word A-gan in Chinese means sweet & refreshing aftertaste, which is what A-Gan Green Tea is famous for. Originated from its brand spirits, pure tea, A-gantea persists in brewing with cherry-picked leaves from a tea plantation in an elevation of 1200 meter in Taiwan’s Ali Mountain.
The A-Gan Tea launch is happening on May 12, 2012 at 6pm at Greenbelt 3, Garden Activity Area. It will be hosted by Grace Lee. Featuring: JAMICH, Eric Tai, Andrew Wolf and Chris Everingham of the Philippine Volcanoes
