One of the things I try to enjoy as I relax on Mondays is tuning in to the Asian Food Channel. Here’s their schedule for tomorrow. 🙂

My favorite from the list is “Dining with Death.” I just find it interestingly weird. The Asian Food Channel is Channel 22 on SkyCable. I love that these channels are available on cable and indoor antennas. For the most part, Dining with Death features mysterious and exotic dishes that are otherwise considered poisonous. The most interesting part is how they prepare these deadly delicacies in such manner that they will be safe to eat.
While I really don’t see myself having a piece of any of their featured exotic food, I just love to see how adventurous people can be. Yes, I still find myself cringe whenever I watch. But that’s what makes watching Dining with Death exciting. 🙂
