Today, we were once again transported to Mall of Asia for yet another great food find – Big Daddy’s Chicken. When the invite came with the claim that it is Taiwan’s Famous Chicken Chop, I cannot help but be curious. Surely something ordinary looking of a breaded chicken can’t be all that special, or so I thought.
Truth to tell, I have yet to find a crispier and more flavorful chicken chop than Big Daddy’s Chicken. I was a believer at first bite! I find myself getting even more curious when the owners mentioned about the franchise opportunity. Surely something this good should go around pretty quickly even through word of mouth. And while the hubby and I are considering getting into some franchise business in the future, we might as well put this on our list of choices. But wait, I’m getting ahead of myself again. Allow me to share you some photos of the palatable goodness Big Daddy’s Chicken served us for the night.

How much is the franchise fee?
I am hungry at 10:30pm because of this post. Php90 and Php95 aren’t bad so the seemed like crispy and yummy chicken, rice, soup or pasta!! If it weren’t far from me, I could’ve gotten myself an order.
