Easy Revel Bars
1 can condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 pack MAYA Pancake and Baking Mix 350g
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
50 grams chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1. Preheat oven to 350ᵒF/177ᵒC.
2. Line the sides and bottom of an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil with a 2-inch overhang. Make sure there are no holes in the foil.
3. Combine condensed milk and chocolate chips in a heat proof bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds or until chocolate chips are melted; stir. Add in the walnuts. Set aside.
4. In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
5. Add the pancake and baking mix, and oats. Mix until well incorporated.
6. Press 2/3 of the mixture evenly on the bottom of the prepared pan.
7. Pour in the chocolate mixture over the crust. Dot remaining oat mixture on top.
8. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Dough-It-Yourself Pizza Blanca
White Sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 tablespoons MAYA All-Purpose Flour
1 cup fresh milk
½ cup all-purpose cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Pizza Crust:
2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup water
1 tablespoo sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil
2 ½ – 3 cups MAYA All-Purpose Flour
¼ teaspoon dried marjoram
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
different kinds of cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan), grated, as needed
arugula or basil leaves, as needed
Prepare white sauce:
1. In a saucepan, heat olive oil and butter together.
2. Add garlic and sauté until aromatic but not brown.
3. Add in flour and stir until well-blended.
4. Pour milk and cook until sauce thickens.
5. Lower heat then add in the cream and parmesan cheese.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare pizza crust:
1. Dissolve yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar in ¼ cup water. Set aside.
2. To the remaining water, add sugar, salt, oil, half of the flour and the dried herbs to form a soft dough.
3. Add in yeast mixture and the rest of the flour until dough leaves the side of the bowl.
4. Transfer dough on a floured surface and knead until dough is smooth and elastic.
5. Place dough in a greased bowl covered with cling wrap.
6. Allow dough to rest for 30 minutes or until dough is double in bulk.
7. Divide the dough into 2. Roll into balls and allow to rest again, this time for 10 minutes.
8. Roll the balls of dough and arrange on floured trays.
9. Bake in a preheated 350ᵒF/177ᵒC for 10 minutes.
To assemble:
1. Place the pizza crust on a baking tray.
2. Drizzle olive oil on top.
3. Spread white sauce and top with desired cheese and greens.
4. Bake until edges are lightly brown.

Confetti Party Cake
Cake:
3 cups MAYA Cake Flour
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sprinkles
Vanilla Buttercream:
1 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
food color gel, color as desired
sprinkles, as needed for decoration
Prepare cake:
1. Preheat oven to 350ᵒF/177ᵒC. Grease three 7-inch diameter round pans and line with baking paper. Set aside.
2. Sift flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture then mix.
5. Divide the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
6. Top the batter with sprinkles then swirl until just incorporated.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or when toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Prepare vanilla buttercream:
1. In a bowl, cream butter using an electric mixer; add vanilla.
2. Gradually add sugar, one cup at a time, at medium speed. Beat well.
3. Add milk and food color gel and beat until light and fluffy.
To assemble:
1. Place 1 layer on a plate or cake stand and spread the top with frosting.
2. Repeat this process until all 3 layers are used.
3. Cover the whole cake with frosting.
4. Decorate the top with sprinkles.
