When we came home really late the night before from a wedding, I knew I had spare myself the trouble to make breakfast before heading to church. I just wanted to chill and enjoy my breakfast sitting down without having to fuss in the kitchen and try to come up with a decent meal to last us until lunch.
My usual Jollibee breakfast default is the longganisa meal. This time around I went for their new breakfast offering – Jollibee Pancake Sandwich.
As soon as I have the wrap unfolded, the melted cheese around it gave such promising impression of a very satisfying, not your ordinary breakfast. What could be more perfect than everything good in one sandwich – spongy pancakes, eggs, bacon and cheese. Pancake Sandwich is so good, I might just wake up earlier more days in a week just for this. Perfect even without maple syrup. 🙂
Here’s hoping that Jollibee will keep their pancake sandwich around for good. It would be even sweeter if it’s made available round the clock and not just for breakfast.
