Following the success of Guevarras, Gruppo Gueverra Inc.’s (GGI) first concept buffet, comes Quezon Buffet located at the 2 Level of Fisher Mall, along Quezon Avenue.
My first impressions of Quezon Buffet upon entering was that of nostalgia, patriotism as its charm and rustic ambiance invited us in.
The wall decals were enough to throw us back to time otherwise forgotten. It was especially timely that we got to visit Quezon Buffet right about the time that the Philippines celebrated Independence Day.

It was like being welcomed to a grand ballroom of a magnificent house – the chandelier and pin light accents thrown at the intricately carved ceiling invite esteemed guests to come, enjoy and feast.

I believe through this short clip it’s easy to see which are the bestsellers amongst all the dishes. They get the serving pans refilled every so often, but this might as well be a good measure of knowing which are the crowd favorites. 🙂

This just about made me smile. This truly is a Filipino restaurant. Our culture is so big on sawsawan, some people totally depend their dining happiness on it. 🙂
