Guest Kanchan Sandhwani will demonstrate decade old family recipes like Murgh Makhmalie (Chicken BBQ Continental-American Style served with Saffron Rice); Keema Kofta (Meatballs with Spicy Onion Sauce) and Roast Chicken. Bonus recipes include hot chili dip, mint chutney, spinach salad and tortillas with homemade cottage cheese.
Other classes for the month of February include: European Cakes and Pastries, February 19, 9am-3pm; and 10-Minute Cooking Meals, February 26, 9am-1pm. The popular Coffee 101 is on February 26, 1-6pm.
Certificate courses include Fundamentals of Bakery Production, February 15-18, 9am-2pm; Basic Culinary, February 22-25, 9am-3pm; Basic Cake Decorating, February 19 and 26, 9am-5pm and Barista (120 hours with on-the-job-training) starts on February 26, 1-6pm.
The TESDA registered programs Breads and Pastry Production NCII (250 hours with on-the-job-training) starts on February 15, 9am-2pm.
