My boys and I tried Slammin’ Mini Burgers + Fries + Dips last week for the first time. Just when we thought it was just one of those regular burger joints, we find ourselves actually enjoying every Slammin’ bite of everything that we ordered.
Our little guy had this crazy idea to take a #wefie with the hashtag banners lying around Slammin’ Mini Burgers Greenhills branch. 🙂
Slammin’ Burgers + Fries + Dips Menu
Slammin’ Trio: 1 All American Slider, 1 Bacon n’ Mushroom and 1 Slammin’ Cheese (P225)
Since it was our first time, we didn’t really know what to get. But as expected, our little man already knew what he’s going to order. He wanted Slammin’ Cheese. I wanted to try their best seller All American Slider and the hubs was shooting for Bacon n’ Mushroom. The lady behind the counter gleefully suggested we try the Slammin’ Trio, it has every bun of our respective choices. Neat idea, so that’s what we ordered. Everything was good. I don’t remember appreciating burger as much, seriously.
Slammin’ Black Box Series
Our delightful Slammin’ Burger experience, I believe, has a lot to do with more than just how tasty each bite was, but the fact that devouring their burgers was without mess, unlike with the regular burgers we got so accustomed to.
Slammin’ Iced Tea: Regular, Red Strawberry and Blue Lemonade – P35 each
Slammin’ Mini Burgers got its start when Slammin’ President Patrick Dy and his partners decided to take their existing brand, Slammer Burgers, in a new direction. “We changed our whole culture, look and logo. Totally revamped and upgraded our menu. The main reason for the change is for Slammin’ to eventually become the number one mini burger concept in Asia.” And of course, it’s the food that will drive this goal.
The restaurant’s motto is, “Every bite is Slammin’,” and from their roster of bestsellers, it’s easy to see how their mini burgers live up to the hype. The All American Slider (P145, double/P215, triple) is the hands-down best-selling dish; its juicy beef patties are “onions steam grilled” to perfection then topped with melted cheese and placed on pillowy soft steamed buns. Keep things simple with the Slammin’ Cheese (P125, double/P185, triple), a delicious mini cheeseburger, and the ever-popular Bacon Mushroom Melt (P175, double/P255, triple). All three burgers contain patties made with 100% all-beef chuck. Sample all three with the Slammin’ Trio (P225), or try The Farm (P215), which gives you a Slammin’ Cheese beef miniburger, Beer-Battered Go Fish! with Sour Cream, and Crispy Chicks with Barbecue Sauce.
Slammin’ Loaded Beefy Supreme, P125
I can’t wait to order Slammin’ Loaded Fries again. True to its name, it’s truly as loaded as can be. Generous portion of ground beef, tomatoes, mustard and mayo. I was practically full in minutes! Slammin’s Loaded Fries has a large serving of thick-cut fries covered with toppings, is a must-try. Slammin’ also has the Mighty Mushroom Bacon variant, topped with sour cream and cheese sauce, crispy bacon, button mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, and sautéed onions; or the Beefy Supreme with ground chuck, roasted garlic and cheese sauce, fresh tomatoes, and sautéed onion strings.
We were full that we forgot to order the Slammin’ Iceburgs. Slammin’ Mini Burgers Dessert. I am totally curious about this burger dessert. But I’m taking a mental note of ordering this on our next visit. This and other Slammin’ tummy treats like their Slammin’ Wings, Wings N’ Chips, Fish N’ Chips and Chicken Nuggets.
The Dips that we have tried are Sour Cream and Roasted Garlic. Both are winners! I especially love that their thick-cut crispy fries comes with a large-sized dip. I’m ordering the Jalapeno and Honey Mustard Dips next time.
