When it comes to steaks and burgers, it is more of the hubby’s department. This was affirmed to me all the more the moment I stepped in this mafia-inspired steak house aptly named, GoodFellas. 🙂
I got giddy seeing at all those familiar gang lords of some Italian movie I probably sat with the hubby watching one time or the other. Mafia and Steaks, what can be more interesting? At the back of my mind, I knew this was what’s the hubby is going to think of this place behind a very thick smile.
But before I get ahead of myself, I did have to know how their food offerings are going to fare. I wouldn’t want to recommend the hubby to go check out some steak place without confidence that he’s gonna half like it.
 Gotti’s Cheese, P365 to share
GoodFellas’ Mozzarella sticks coined as Gotti’s Cheese served with tomato salsa dip is one of my runaway favorites.  This plateful of huge sticks is good to share. The breading makes for that interesting crunch to usher in the oozing  mozzarella goodness.
 GoodFellas’ House Steak (U.S. Certified Angus Beef), P295, 4-6oz; P495, 8-10oz
GoodFellas’ House Steak is one of the most flavorful I’ve tasted. But would love to try that pricier Michael’s Prime on my next visit. The U.S. Certified Angus Beef should do it for my steak-loving hubby.

Definitely one of the best beef and shrimp salpicao I’ve had in a very long while. I’m having more of this on my next visit.

This cheese steak sandwhich is so good, I’d say it can be just as good as my other favorite steak I would often find myself craving for that can only be found in Rockwell. Now I have somewhere else to divert my cheese steak craving to.

GoodFellas’ Decadent cake capped my very rich meal for that night. It’s quite a slice and sweet as it should be. But since I’m cutting on my sugar intake I’ll have this to share with my boys.

I probably downed six glasses of GoodFellas’ raspberry iced tea. It was so good. Complements the good steak and burgers and the great company.
