One of the many things I love about Baguio is that they have the freshest of produce and these veggies were the first to catch my eye in Zenz Restaurant of Mines View Park Hotel.

more veggies, croutons bathed in dressing topped with cheese. I could eat this for days on end!
We were served with buffet lunch and this is what I got for myself and finished off in no time. Â The beef caldereta was one of the finer caldereta plates I have tried. Beef is tender like I want it, flavorful through and through.
It was barbeque buffet for dinner. I got for myself chops, hungarian sausage and veggie kebab and salad.
This mango gelatin was perfect to top it all off.
